All purchases are covered by our buyer protection guarantee.
If the item does not arrive as described, we will fix the issue and ensure you’re satisfied with the resolution.

The item maybe returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in the same condition in which you received it.
The buyer is responsible for any damage during the period of transit and possession by the buyer until returned.
DELIVERY, COLLECTION AND SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
The buyer has the option of collecting the item
The buyer has the option of collecting the item from one of the PCG stores. Simply contact the PCG store from which you want to collect the item, and arrangements will be made for the item to be ready for collection within 14 days.
PCG will be responsible for arranging shipping
At the buyers choice PCG will be responsible for arranging shipping at no cost to the buyer, except that the buyer is responsible for payment of insurance for the item whilst being shipped.
All buyer delivery particulars including contact phone numbers and address must be up to date at time of checkout. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Pcg offer optional transport insurance to protect all buyers against possible loss or damage during the transportation of the goods for an additional cost.
Any costs incurred for courier re-direction shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Goods will be shipped within 7 – 10 working days of payment being received / processed. However country areas may take a little longer. Please note that some country areas are depot only service and in some remote areas we cannot deliver.
Deliveries are sent via our nominated couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. A street address for delivery is required as our nominated courier companies do not deliver to PO BOX addresses, because of signature requirements. When our couriers deliver to your nominated street address during business hours, if nobody is home, they leave a calling card for you to call them and make delivery arrangements.
International orders incur freight charges which are payable by the purchaser. For deliveries outside of Australia please contact us for a quote at [email address to be determined later]
For international shipments the purchaser is responsible for paying custom duties and taxes, and may not reject the imported shipment because of customs Duties and Taxes
Option of personalised home delivery (metro areas only)
The buyer may choose to have one of the PCG staff deliver the carpet to your door. Contact PCG to arrange appointment for delivery. PCG will arrange for:
1. Placement of item in room of choice
2. Unpacking and inspection.

Direct Payment Method
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard only), direct deposit into our bank account, money order, personal or business cheque. All cheque payments require 5 days to clear prior to shipment.
Our “Payafter” Method
The purchaser to pay 20% of purchase price at time of sale with balance payable monthly thereafter on condition that purchase vouches that:
1. They are over 18 years of age and employed.
2. They have a good credit rating and fixed place of abode.
3. They will keep carpet in original condition until final payment.
The purchaser to have possession of the goods subject to the conditions that:
1. The purchaser is to take care of the goods and keep them in good state of repair,
2. Contract payments are made by the purchaser when they fall due,
3. The purchaser is to make equal instalments payments of the balance over a period up to 24 months, and
4. The purchaser to contact a PCG store to complete a relevant application form.
In the event that the purchaser is in default of making an agreed contact payment when it falls due, then the goods are to be returned to PCG. The purchaser is to contact PCG within 7 days of default to make arrangements with PCG for the return of the goods. The purchaser is to co-operate with PCG in order to facilitate the return of the goods.
