Description
This beautiful carpet has a silk foundation and a curvilinear design with a beautiful central medallion and with 2 lanterns extending lengthways out from that centre. It has a beautiful Shah Abas design laid out magnificently in a lovely muted tone field. The rug has soft toning. It is very finely knotted with clear delicate motifs.
It has a central floral motif with vines and flower motifs contained in the field bordered by magnificent border containing also floral motifs and colours reflecting the central medallion. There is a sense of much abundance in the midst peace and serenity. This rug may be purchased with our highest recommendation and will look spectacular in any setting.
